Default Sometimes it's the littlest thing.

So I've been functioning pretty well lately. Great in fact. I think my meds are at the right dosage. I've been taking care of myself-- showering, brushing my teeth, keeping my house clean, eating well, exercising.

I've been thinking about getting the yard into shape. We just moved here, and our yard has some places that need to be spruced up. I start researching gardening this morning and just started feeling very overwhelmed and on the verge of tears. I don't know anything about gardening, and we don't have a ton of money to spend. There's so much information out there, I started to feel the beginning of a panic attack. I hate that a little thing like this can set me off.

So anyway, gonna go walk the dog and try to think about something else. I guess for now, I'll just pull weeds and go to a gardening center and see if I can get some info without feeling stupid and overwhelmed.

Good luck !!!

I have been saying I'm going to do the window boxes on the shed in my backyard for a full month now. I'm really going to do it this weekend. I know when I go out in the yard and see flowering begonias in the boxes, I will feel happy.

Baby steps.
