I feel as though I hate the 190s more than being over 200 sometimes! I think it might be because my goals become more definite and specific under 190, 188 is no longer obese - 184 is lower than I've been for over a year, and 180 is so far in the past I can't remember it that clearly.
So I'm officially recording my weight here today as 191.585lbs. Every tiny little increment counts!
