Has anyone ever tried or is on the Eat Clean diet??? My mom jsut started and lost 6 pounds in one week! The book seems to be very straightforward and helpful with meal plans for both vegans and nonvegans----Wanted to know if anyone has done it!!! If not, I might try it and post the results.
I haven't followed the diet exactly but I bought the cookbook and there are some really awesome recipes in there! I also like that it can be adapted to a vegetarian diet.
I just checked out the cookbook from the library and a lot of the recipes seem really good. I don't think you can go wrong with the principles of the eat clean diet, it seems very balanced.
