Well, I am glad that I am back down to the weight I was early in 2008. That's what it was before I gained back all I had lost plus some! I'm so happy to be back to this point and I can't wait to go further now. I started to scold myself for having to re-lose all that weight, but that's water under the bridge. Onward!!
Thank you all of you calorie counters! This seems to be working for me! And I'm so glad that my gym is open 24 hours. Early morning workouts are good for me.
We are at this moment...the same weight! I still have 10 more lbs to be where I was before I started a year long binge from my low cal/low fat diet that I gained all but 30 lbs back. I am low carbing now and it seems to be a much better fit for me (everyone is different!) and I am looking forward to getting smaller and healthier!
Diane~regaining can be so frustrating. And trying to get back on track is even more frustrating. I know. Been there, done that, too! Congratulations on taking charge and doing what you KNOW you need to do!!!
