So, every Tuesday my dad brings home a big plate of gyro (chicken, white rice, white sauce, fat fat fat) I LOVE the gyro and eat it every week when he brings it home for me. Today however, I looked at it and turned away. I freakin turned away!, made myself a salad and left the room, people!!!!!! I will not be eating it. I can't believe I did it. I just resisted such a big temptation like that. I feel SO good. I knew that if I ate it, I'd feel like complete crap afterwards and all my working out for the day would've gone to waste. I just feel good
p.S- anyone here watch The Biggest Loser? I am obsessed with that show! just saw the finale and am even more inspired!!
