Alright Ladies the 4th of July is 8 weeks away! I for one will be in Sunny California home of the pretty people for the 4th. I would love to watch those fireworks blast off being 20lbs lighter! Or 2 dress sizes smaller! Whichever comes first.
Now 2lbs a week for 8 weeks is 16lbs. So I'm making my self kick into high gear for those extra 4 lbs.
There are also 56 Days in those 8 weeks, So I'm making a workout goal of 50 hours of activity. That gives me 6 days of rest before the 4th. Now this is ANY activity, swimming, walking, work outs at the gym, sexy time (Wink Wink). So feel free to jump on that workout goal if you don't feel the weight loss goal is realistic for you.
So if you are with me sign in. Will do a weigh in every Sunday. Feel free to log your workout hours daily to keep your spirits up! Good Luck!

My goals might be a bit more modest than yours, so how does this work? Do we state our goals, then log in weekly??? I will commit to 50 hours of exercise (total, to July 4th!) but for weight, I would like 5 lbs a month as I am a TOTAL. COMPLETE. SNAIL...

oo yes please! I'm going to go for a stone (14lbs) because I've got that Spanish vacation in the middle of it. I promise faithfully that I will stick to my plan while I'm away, this is not a game I can get off for a couple of weeks but a permanent lifestyle change, but it may be difficult to be certain of the calories in what I'm eating.
O, and my dates are Tuesdays, cos that's my weighday.

I have never done a challenge either but I would love to join you guys! I will commit to 50 hours of exercise and I would LOVE to lose 20 pounds by then. I know I will see a lot of family that I haven't seen in a while on the 4th and I would feel SOOO much better being 20 pounds lighter. How do we post our weekly weigh in? Wow A trip to Spain! I'm so Excitied for you!
Oh and I got my first 1hr of my 50 done this morning between the hours of 4:30am and 5:30am...with the hubby
Then I went back to sleep till 7:40 and was 10mins late to work! LOL!
Ok I'll shoot for the fitness goal of 50 hours, the weight off will be whatever it is my body don't like to lose so it is very slow. I would love to lose 20 by then we are having a big family get together at the end of July, with family photos YUCK!! so 20lbs would look fab. Going to try but not going to let it get me down if I don't make it.

WOOT WOOT! I can't wait till I get to make my tickers! 20days is alittle ridiculous...I mean 7 days (A week) I could see, 20 days???
What a coincidence! I will be visiting with my in-laws over the Fourth of July and I wouldn't mind being a few pounds lighter. So, I will aim for 15 pounds by 7/4/2009.
