I went to my WI this morning before class, was down 1.6 for the week and REACHED LIFETIME! Woohoo! I'm so unbelievably excited
I'm sort of scared to up my points when I do have to maintain (I want to get to 135-140) bc I don't want to gain weight. I guess after working so hard 8 months I don't want to slip up and start gaining. I figure I'll be @ my total goal by May (graduation woohoo!) lol and then I'll start the actual maintenance phase. This is one of the hardest things I've ever had to do, but the most rewarding
