Hi Eva

%50 of women diagnosed with gestational diabetes, end up with type 2 within 20 years.

Making lifestyle changes after you give birth will really reduce your chances of getting it later on.

Gamerchick.....I am a new member here & just happened to read your post because I have diabetes also. Your symptoms sound like H Pylori and you may want to get tested for it. I had it & had the same exact symptoms.
They detected mine during a stomach biopsy, but they can check with a breath test or fecal. It can lead to stomach ulcers & even stomach cancer if left untreated. Hope it's not.......but sure sounds like it.

I'm diabetic also. I get reaaly bad pains when I eat sugar free candy. Also in July had my gallblader removed. The pain comes and goes when it last longer than 1/2 hour you'll know to go to er. Please check with your doctor.
