Smile I am a newbie to the 300+ group
Hi. I am new to this site and am interested in joining the 300+ support group.

I am well over 300 pounds and will be working very hard on losing 200 pounds. I need support, ideas and sometimes a "yo, get back to the program" when I slip.

I live in New Jersey and am very happy to be a member of this group.

Welcome! I'm glad you're here and you'll find lots of support here from all these lovely ladies. Feel free to join our Biggest Loser Challenge which is at the top where the stickys are. It starts on the January 4th! It's a great motivator and fun at the same time.
Good luck on your weight loss journey and just remember to take baby steps in the beginning so you don't get overwhelmed by trying to do too much at one time.

I'd also encourage you to think about joining our exercise thread! It doesn't matter how much (or how little) you do -- you can be part of our challenge! We basically track the number of minutes we exercise and are trying to break a 2007 goal!

Welcome.... This is a great site. I am sure that you will enjoy it. What part of Jersey are you from if you dont mind me asking. I was born in Livingston and raised in Irvington but live in VA now.
