I'm sedentary. I have the SBD exercise DVD. I haven't started it yet. I don't want to hurt myself or set myself up for failure. My goals will be small this month.
August goals are:
15 minutes per day for the first two weeks, 5X per week.
25 minutes per day for the second two weeks, at least 5X per week.
Hopefully I will be able to increase the time each month.

I really missed my target activities again in July. I think the goals are reasonable so I'm sticking with them and planning to do better in August (though I will be camping for 5 days and at my parents for 4).
