Today I did lower body bowflex, and then jogged 3.25 miles. Now I am really sweaty!
Hey Rhonda - great job on the C2k5! I graduated that program and now run 3 miles every other day. I would never, ever have thought that possible - but the training really works!
I've recently started with a personal trainer. I had a training session on Wednesday. Did a boot camp class at the gym last night and had another personal training session this morning.
This is week one and my muscles are killing me!!! I'm can't believe how happy and excited I am to be starting on this journey though.
You ladies on this site are an amazing source of inspiration - keep it up!

Walked 0.75 miles and did my arm workout with 2 minutes at treadmill in between. In total almost 2 miles walked. Did a couple of new things with free weights today as well. 2nd week in a row going 4 times a week.
