Fantastic, you two! I'm nowhere near onederland yet but I'll so excited for both of you!
I'm down nearly four pounds this week. This was my first week of lifestyle changes so I'm rather pleased. I know it won't always be this fast of a loss but it sure is nice right now!
My next goal is to get to 239. I haven't been in the 230's in years. I'll be so happy!
One pound here too, which is not ideal, but MUCH better than I expected considering that the last couple weeks have been...well...not great, plan wise (d'oh!) Still, that gives me a total loss of 12 lbs!!
Mine's been up and down all week, this am it was 224.2 I've been working out and all, but haven't been eating the best of things, even in small portions. Chocolate is evil.
