Ok, I am not sure where to post this recipe, but I had it for lunch and it was sooooooooooo good!!

1 wholewheat wrap
some chicken breast strips ( I buy them as strips ready to eat)
little bit of chopped onion
little bit of chopped green pepper
1 wedge laughing cow cheese light

sautee chicken strips, onion, and green pepper till warmed up (about 5 min)

Heat wrap in microwave for about 15 seconds

spread laughing cow cheese on tortilla, top with sauteed mixture, add ketchup if desired.

Now that's a diet recipe I actually want to eat. Got all the good stuff that I like so much, chicken, green pepper and even some cheese.

Ok, I'm hungry now, where is my sandwich?
