Peggy - I hope you don't mind, but I started a new thread to coordinate with the Thursday thru Wednesday dates ... I took the liberty to copy your post for the 30th over -- ok???

I too have missed a couple days in my journal book, and a lot of days on here - but I am back!

DINNER 5/31:
1 chicken breast (3 pts)
1 small potato w/butter (3 pts)
1 Kahlua & soda (6 pts)
1 Little Debbie oatmeal creme cookie! (7 [pts)!!!!!!

BREAKFAST 6/01:
2 eggs/scrambled w/1 slice velveeta cheese (6 pts)
1 strip bacon (1 pt)
1 english muffin w/1 tbsp jam (4 pts)
2 coffees/black (0 pts)

LUNCH 6/01:
1 orange (2 pts)

WATER: 8 glasses (64 oz)
EXERCISE: none
TOTAL POINTS USED TODAY: 32 - yikes!!!

1 sm piece white cake w/frosting (6 pts)
1/2 cup tuna/maccoroni salad (2 1/2 pts)

1 small Maxwell House cappachino (2 pts)

LUNCH 6/02:
1 orange (2 pts)
1/3 cup cheddar cheese pretzel pieces (3 pts)

WATER: 8 glasses (64 oz)
