1 Little Debbie oatmeal creme cookie! (7 [pts)!!!!!!
BREAKFAST 6/01:
2 eggs/scrambled w/1 slice velveeta cheese (6 pts)
1 strip bacon (1 pt)
1 english muffin w/1 tbsp jam (4 pts)
2 coffees/black (0 pts)
LUNCH 6/01:
1 orange (2 pts)
WATER: 8 glasses (64 oz)
EXERCISE: none
TOTAL POINTS USED TODAY: 32 - yikes!!!
