I lost 20 since the beginning of January!!! It has been difficult, and I am still trying to incorporate more veggies - but it is a process right?
Not to mention I tore the meniscus in my knee and I am trying to work my workouts around that
My short term goal is to have twenty more off in the next two months before I go to Europe - so I can walk more easily with this bum knee.
Halfway there!!
