I'm a lurker 'round these parts, but I love to look at all the goal and mini-goal pictures. They do wonders for my motivation. Anywho, I started my WL journey in August of 2006 at 254 pounds. I lost 22 straight away, then slacked off for the winter. I never got back on track in 2007, but I also didn't gain. I restarted my motivation a few days after Christmas 2007, and I'm down 14 more pounds so far this year for a total of 36... just 4 shy of the big 4 - 0. I pulled up old pictures of me at 254 and put them next to pictures of me at 218. I can't believe I looked like that in 2006. That's crazy.

In the current picture I'm wearing my size 20 jeans that tend to fall off me without a belt. I'm trying to make due with them until I can get below 200 and into some size 16s.
