Hey ladies!! Well sorry ive been MIA for the last few weeks.. Things have been crazy since thanksgiving and things are finally starting to calm down, and now here comes christmas chaos! But i wanted to post in here and let you all know im still here and all. I havent lost any more weight but ive been pretty much maintaining my weight of 210ish because ive been snacking alot more than usual, but i logged back on my sprkpeople and logging in my food to try to be more accountable for what ive been eating. And hopefully i can maybe LOOSE some more weight. I just havent been pressuring myself latley, and have been slacking MAJORLY on the exercise because ive been so tired latley, but i need to stop makign excuses and just DO IT! haha. WEll im glad to be back, im gonna go try and get caught up with some of the other posts!
We are on the same boat, I've been missing some exercise sessions lately because I feel tired. I don't know if I'm gonna be sick of sumthin. But I also gotta stop making excuses.
