B: Chex Cereal and Non-fat Milk
L: French toast (made with whole wheat bread and eggbeaters) with sugar free syrup
D: Homemade beef stew (more veggies then meat)
S: Not sure probable string cheese and veggies with fat free ranch; I think I'm also going to add some 94% fat free popcorn to my list because i went on fitday and realized my calories and fat where both too low. This will also provide me with some extra fiber
WO: I’m going to try and get on the treadmill today

Reason: I realized that I didn't have enough calories to meet my minimum goal so added more snacks.
