Default Its not my offical day, but... *dies* I rock!

So! Worried that my loss had slowed itself a bit, I decided to cut down my calories from 1600 to 1400 (this was mainly to discourage me from eating my 100 calorie snacks, like the doritoes and especially the popcorn. Although I try not to go overboard, I do eat some every day). I also hadn't really eaten any packaged foods except Friday's dinner - everything else Ive made myself (I even made and froze some food I made from my cookbook, to be quick lunches!) (on a side note, I caved and bought that book You on a Diet, and while that wasn't what made me have the decision to cut out more packaged food, it certainly did help it!)

Well that paid off, even though I've only been at it for like 3 days.. I guess my body needed the break from all the manmade stuff, because I did an unofficial weigh in this morning, and it saiddddddd *drumroll* 190! 190 exactly! Forget official day, my ticker gets updated now!

This means that I hit my Thanksgiving goal. A few days early. *dies* Which means 5 more lbs and Im done playing catch-up and can start really losing weight again.

YAY!

Fae, that's GREAT!!! I have been trying to cut out the packaged foods I have been eating also (mainly chips and crackers...and various other carbohydrates!) I will remember you for inspiration

Thank you everyone! *G*. I didn't think I was going to make it!

Michelle - I'm flattered! *G*.

ABaker - YES. I haven't even finished it, but I find it extremely informative and helpful. Not to mention, fun to read. I recommend it to everyone!
