B - 2 hard boiled egg whites, 1 hard boiled yolk w/ salt and pepper, 1 whole grain toast w/peanut butter, 1 glass V8 juice, 1 white coffee
S - 2 fresh apricots, 1 glass green tea
L - Sushi, miso soup
S - Lite lemon jelly, 1 glass green tea
D - 2-3 chicken teriyaki kebabs w/corn and brown rice
S - 1/2 cup fresh pineapple
Exercise - 30m yoga
Lots and lots of water
