I screwed up my dinner yesterday because the beef soup didn’t freeze so well. Trying for a better day today.

L: Cheese Sandwich on wheat and baby carrots
D: Chicken stir fry (chicken, carrots, celery, green pepper, and onion) with Caribbean seasoning and rice
S: Apple with Splenda and Cinnamon
WO: Hmmm I did work out yesterday either because my friend drove me to and from school. She’s picking me up again today because it’s cold. So I’ll probable walk home 20 minutes and then try and get another 30 minutes on the treadmill.
