  • B: SF Lemon Poppy Seed Muffin
    L: I don’t know yet I’m going to get something from the cafeteria if they have anything good that is healthy or go next door to the deli and pick something up.
    D: Green beans, ham, and a potato
    S: Either a small piece of homemade carrot cake without the icing (leftover birthday cake from the weekend) or a low calorie zucchini muffin depending on how my lunch goes.

    Water: 3L (I’ve only been able to get 2.5 in the last two days so I’m going to try really hard to get it back up to 3
    WO: 40 minutes walking outside
  • B: lowfat muffin, ff milk, turkey
    S: banana
    L: cabbage roll, broccoli
    S: pear, yogurt
    D: DH is cooking so who knows (This only happens like once every 6 months)
