I guess I'll give some background info first (I'm a huge talker, btw, so this may get long. haha) I had my second daughter at the end of May of this year. I got lazy and didn't start working out until the 1st of July. I worked out with a personal trainer 3 days a week and did the elliptical for 45 minutes 3 days a week (so I was at the gym 6 days a week). I lost 41 lbs (228 lbs down to 187 lbs). All was good, right?
So September comes along and everything goes down hill. My husband is the Sr. Networking Administrator for his company, and he was in charge of a building move. He worked 15 hour days (a few as much as 20 hours!) the ENTIRE month of September with only 1 day off. That left me without someone to watch the baby so that I could go to the gym. I bring my 2 year old with me because she likes to play in their daycare.
ANYHOW lol I started working out at the gym (without a trainer, I used all of my PT sessions) on October 3rd. This is when I realized that taking a month off really throws you off. I have ZERO energy now. My goals seem totally hopeless. I wish I could afford a GOOD trainer that would be "in my face" all the time.
So, in conclusion, I feel very "blah" and need some motivation

My husband bought me an elliptical trainer and I get that in the mail this Wednesday. I really hope that it will be the answer to my problems. It doesn't help that I totally suck at eating. I love to eat a bunch of crap (fatty hambugers, chicken patties, ribs, etc.) so I stocked my freezer with Boca Burger products. I stopped gaining weight, but it'd be nice to start losing again!
Okay, I swear, I'm done with my whining. Sorry this is so long. I explain things with too much detail. haha If you read this whole thing then you deserve a gold star! :-D
