Thursday Planning

  • Its gonna be an on plan day today!!!

    B - Coffee
    S - Steel cut oats w/dried fruit and almonds, Green tea
    L - WW Seafood Risotto, V8 juice
    S - Yogurt
    S - Orange, Rice cake w/vegemite
    D - Chicken Satay Sticks w/steamed vegies
    S - Protein shake (post workout)

    Exercise - Weights (Chest/Back), Cardio low intensity 30 min
    Water - 2.5LT
  • B - 50 Grapes

    S - 25 Grapes; Orange

    L - Healthy Choice Meal

    D - Grilled Chicken
    Steamed Asparagus Mix

    WO - 3mile treadmill workout (alternating 4.2 @ 0% and 4.0 @ 8%)
  • -Homework
    -Classes on campus until 6:30
    -Gym until whenever
    -SLEEPING

    Food
    -Hopefully good choices, and continue to keep up the water drinking!

    Sidenote: Getting amped because its almost FRIDAY! (Sorry, I just really need it to be this weekend, already!)
  • -up at 0345 to be jogging by 0400.

    -working 0630 to 1930.

    -to the gym 2000-2130.

    breakfast - total with low fat soy milk and oj

    mid morning snack - peach cup

    lunch - salad and power protien bar

    mid afternoon snack - yogurt

    dinner - simmered jumbo shrimp with lemon garlic sauce

    goal fluid intake = 2 liters of h2o!

    L- yogurt, apple, ham and laughing cow rolled up
    D- italian sausage, broccoli, fresh green beans

    There'll be at least one snack, too..... can't figure out what it will be. It's so much harder to plan when you don't have much food in the house!
  • B: coffee (got up late because my morning class was cancelled)
    L: Barbecue chicken sandwich on wheat, cucumber slices
    D: Homemade chicken soup with wheat noodles
    S: Popcorn with splenda and cinnamon sprinkled on top

    WO: walking 40 minutes

    Water: 3 liters

    B: Three egg whites and ff milk
    S: Banana
    L: leftover mahimahi, carrots, rice, and broccoli
    S: apple and yogurt
    D: veggie lasagna or boiled shrimp...still deciding...
  • Work till about 5:30
    Photo Shoot till about 7:00
    Workout for the rest of the night (haha)

    B: Coffee
    S: Pineapple
    L: Tuna with FF Mayo
    S: Pria Bar
    D: Grilled Chicken with SF BBQ and Steamed Brocc (maybe corn)
    De: Pineapple (no choc today...)

    WO: Stairs during commercials, butt Buster during tv....Walk with the dog?
  • Heres what im going to TRY to do today lol

    B: Special K bar & Small glass of Crystal light
    S. 1/2 banana
    L: Turkey Sandwich on whole wheat lowcarb bread
    S. Either Pretzels of and Apple (depending on my mood)
    D: Turkey burgers and a veg

    GOnna try to drink lots and lots of water today and im going to make sure i get a walk in either this afternoon or tonight after the baby goes to bed (who knows, maybe even BOTH)
