First weigh-in today...
I had my first weigh-in this morning since my weight loss goals were set into place. I weighed at 156.5!! Yay! My weight this time last week was 158. 1 pound and a half!! (my ticker is only showing the 1 pound though..it wont show the .5 for some reason) I've always been a HUGE water drinker (I was getting my daily intake of water even before I started eating better and exercising.. so its safe to say its not all just water weight! Yay! Just a pound and a half down is motivation for me.
