I hate vacation

  • At least back to my mother's house... mostly because there is literally no food. (I splurged $30 and made a heck of a lot of nice, healthy soup... thatg was gone in 2 days because of my sister). Im dreding my weigh-in tomorrow... very unhealthy eating + drinking only soda + no ability to exercise + TOM = massive weight gain! And I wasn't really seeing loss yet, either.. *sigh*

So that's why I haven't been here.. just got back from a week stay in PA, where my internet connection sucks... and I was ashamed, because I was strapped for cash and eating horribly.

Im feeling super-down at the moment, but now im back home with no plans to see my mom until Christmas. Boyfriend and I went grocery shopping, and due to his wanting to eat healthier, we made some small changes to grocery (wheat bread instead of white, brown rice, less soda, etc...) Ive got mah healthy food... now I just have to convince myself again that its worth it, because this weight will come off, demmit!

On the bright side, I got a much-needed haircut and 2 cartlidge piercings in the left ear.

    Bah. I hate being fat.
  • Welcome Back Fae!! Just pick yourself up, brush off the last week and say to yourself: I can do it!! This is a brand new week!!

Be positive and you'll be back on track in no time!! Way to go on the small changes at the store, that's a great start to getting back in the swing of things.
  • Have no fear girl, you are not alone on that front... in fact...I've been battling bad eating habits the past 2 weeks or so. I have no willpower when my hubby brings home stuff from work...He works at burger King, and we get free food cause he's an Asst. Manager... talk about Tamptation!!!

    Tomorrow is a new day....
  • Don't sweat the scale girl. When I got back from my honeymoon in Vegas, it was a disaster scale wise. So I kinda felt down for the following few weeks and ate more because I felt bad and didn't workout because well, what was the point...that was my attitude. Don't do that! It doesn't turn out well, plus it sounds like you have things all set up for yourself this week, so get to it!!!
  • You started the week off right by getting groceries that are healthy. Start of slow with exercise today and tomorrow and then kick it up later in the week.
