-900 minutes of exercise
-limit myself to 200ml of milkshake a day
-consume no more than 1300 calories a day
-track all calories
-drink at least 2 cups of water a day
-track water consumption
+ 1800 minutes of exercise (at least an hour a day).
+ Keep water consumption between 120 oz and 150 oz a day.
+ No late night snacking! No food after 8pm.
+ Work up to walking two miles in 45 minutes or less (as part of my daily exercise).
+ Continue to log my food and exercise into a journal.
+ Cut take-out down to only Friday and Saturday nights.
-Lose 7.6 lbs. (Get down to 180)
-Drink at least 64 oz. of water a day
-Focus on keeping my diet Whole Food Vegetarian (Minimal processed crap)
-1000 minutes of exercise (3 strength training sessions a week and 4 cardio)
-Journal, journal, journal!
