Well, I'm glad I'm not alone! I personally think the siesta is the way to go - darn western society! But, unfortunately, my psychiatrist is against the siesta & I am no longer allowed daytime naps & it feels like it is going to kill me! It's only been a couple of days (seeing the psychiatrist for long term depression) but I gotta have faith it'll get easier as my sleep cycle adjusts.
Looking forward to more suggestions.
