Mid-afternoon slump...

  • Well, I'm glad I'm not alone! I personally think the siesta is the way to go - darn western society! But, unfortunately, my psychiatrist is against the siesta & I am no longer allowed daytime naps & it feels like it is going to kill me! It's only been a couple of days (seeing the psychiatrist for long term depression) but I gotta have faith it'll get easier as my sleep cycle adjusts.

    Looking forward to more suggestions.

    I def sleep more when I am depressed, but I deal more with seasonal depression........and when it's 30 below with a windchill, who cares if I am getting a little extra sleep
