Default Someone Kick My Butt!!!

Ok, I've not lost or gained in the past few months while I've thrown my diet and food habits to the wind. So that's good! I just need to get back into eating better foods! I've been under a huge amount of stress lately, and my health has taken it's toll on me, so I haven't really had any desire to do any cooking, besides the fact that it's stinkin hot in my apartment! Ok, food choices...get back in gear Mand!

I can totally relate with having stress and health issues just take all the motivation out of ya! What works for me is pondering what I could have been if I had just stayed focused during these times...I could be at my goal. So with that thought in mind July has barely started. I know you can kick it into high gear and make this month the month your turned it all around and got closer to losing those last 25 lbs (which are totally doable)

consider it kicked!

you can do this! just get back on the wagon and keep plodding on.

frozen grapes are great in summer. i just sit there and suck on them like a little mini ice pole and they take ages to eat.

get creative with some crisp fresh salads. i am hanging out for summer to get some juicy tomatoes and some nice thai inspired flavoured salads.
