I have been reading this forum for about a month now trying to build up some get up and go to lose this weight!!
You guys are very inspirational!
So far I have cut back on my junk food. I try to eat three small meals with snacks in between. The hardest is dinner!! I just want to gorge myself. Plus I am married and I dont want to make my husband just eat chicken. (He doesn't like fish).
I also go to water aerobics twice a week. And then do weights (with some warmup cardio) three days a week.
