Okay so I have a LITTLE victory to celebrate..I've gotten to LOVE water! All i want to do is drink water now! I had a diet coke today w/ lunch and HATED it!! So I'm excited because I know how good it is for me and weight loss! I never hated water...but I always liked something else w/ actual flavor so I would drink flavored water...but I don't even have to do that anymore!! So I just had to toot my own horn there for a minute!!
Maybe one day I will get to that. I drink water all day but still crave a diet soda when out to eat or sometimes in the evenings. Restraunt water just doesn't taste as good as my water from my water bottle.
I have found the same thing lately. Just last night I was watching TV and thought about the bottle of bourbon that my boyfriend bought. I was contemplating having a drink with some diet coke, and in the end couldn't be bothered. So I just sat there and sipped my water
If I don't get my water in these days my lips feel dry and my eyes get dry too. As I wear contact lenses it is very noticable if I get dehydrated.

I used to buy tons of soda when I would go to the grocery store but now, we buy a case of water every week one for home and one for work. I drink way more water now then I did before and it feels really good.
Thats so awesome...I wish I were that way. It is still a pain getting enough water in everyday. If I was not watching my figure I do not think I would drink it at all...only after a workout.
