Great job to all the girls that have kept up. I have uber-sucked lately with my workout goals, so I will jump back in when I get back from my vacation. Time to refocus and get back on the horse. A wise person once told me Failure is not trying and doing badly, but not trying at all.

Hi!

It's just keeping track of whatever goals you would want to accomplish in the month of June, and then just tracking them every day or so.

Hello, newby (well ex-lurker actually) here but I figure I should just jump in feet first! Goal: walk dog at least 1 mile /day, 10 mi bike ride at least 3x/week, hikes and yoga if I can
