So, is it a non-scale victory that for the first time ever I didn't take a big "taste-test" bite of my son's butter and syrup laden Eggo waffles????
I was realllllly tempted, but I though, "do I want to have to log this in Fitday???" So.. I didn't...I am a pillar of self-restraint!!
