Hey, does anyone know how much volume a pound of fat takes up? Sometimes that kind of visual mental image is inspiring to me, i know it sounds kinda gross. I just have no idea.

I always think of it in terms of sticks of butter! 4 sticks is a pound. then I think, if I lose 20 pounds, thats 80 sticks of butter!!! ewwwww

That really is so gross if you think about it. I get so attached to the number on the scale I forget what I am really trying to get rid of...good post :) An eye opener for sure.
