I find the suits that fit me best are at JC Penney, and they have some nice shirts as well. Also, as mentioned, Kohls has great shirts for work, but I haven't had any luck getting their suits to fit. Old Navy also has stretchy button down shirts that I wear quite often, and they go up to a womens 3X now in the "Womens Plus" section.
