well, i've been watching what i eat now for a week and a half. the first week it was strictly just watching what i eat. then this week i started WW @ home. and i have stopped snacking completly throughout the day (unless i still have a couple points to make up toward the end of the evening)
well, i just tried on a pair of pants that i havent worn for probably 2 years. their a half size smaller then my jeans that i wear regularly now. and i could get them on AND buttoned!!!!
before i couldnt even get them over my thighs. but i've been working a lot on my legs and i was finally able to get them on!
i'm even able to get a pair of my pre-pregnancy jeans on! (mind you, those were bought at least five years ago .. and probably havent been worn for that long either) I cant get them buttoned the whole way (they are button fly jeans) but i can get them on and get a few of the buttons buttoned. my goal is to be able to wear them COMFORTABLY so i keep them on hand to try on every now and again
