Does anyone know of a site or a DVD that's good for those?? I just got one yesterday, but now need to find exercises to do with it! Haha!

Karen Voight's BLT is fun - if you get fit tv there's also a few Cathe core workouts that are mostly abs/back on the stability ball. Not sure if she also has similar dvd's. Good luck - I really love my ball, you can feel such a difference in the way it works your abs.

I have been working out to Gunnar Peterson's "Core Secrets" and I really enjoy it. I think it's pretty fun compared to some other workout DVD's that I've tried. You will also need dumbells, I've lost quite a few inches by building muscle in just the past 2-3 months. Good luck!

Did you know you could do cardio on the ball? haha. I saw a cardio routine where you bounce on it and punch out... on tv. It was fun!

cindymomtwo3 - So you liked them? I was thinking about getting them but people are so 50/50 on them.

I also have the "Core Secrets" dvd for my ball. It's the Give Me 20/Fundamentaals cd which is 20 minutes each, but it shows you basic moves that you can build on and works a variety of major muscles. It's not incredibly challenging.. granted I couldn't keep up or do some of the moves, but hey, I'm a beginner and 300+ pounds! I got the ball and the workout off Ebay.
