Ok.. my NSV is, last night I bought a pint of Ben and Jerrys Low Fat Frozen yogurt.. Cherry Garcia, I ate straight out of the pint, and I didnt even eat a full serving size ( 1/2c) before I decided I had had enough.. Coming from a recovering complusive overeatter, while im trimmer on the outside I still struggle with the big girl with in, thats HUGE!!! Im so proud of me.. They need a smile that does the cabbage patch.. lol

That is huge, good for you! Those ben & jerry's containers are so misleading... way to listen to your body.
