Join the April challege when it gets posted (today or tomorrow I am guessing), that always helps me a lot. I don't know what pushes your buttons to get you going, I struggle with making sure to get all my exercise in too. Sometime I just lasso that motivation and sometimes it's a real struggle. Most of the time it's the feeling of guilt that gets me to do it.
