I'm very pleased that I could take care of my junk food craving and now my body actually wants healthy food now. I can't wait to walk to the grocery store today after work. Does this happen to anyone else - get a healthy craving after a bad one?Also, as a side note, in spite of my junkfood indulgence, this was the first weekend that I've lost instead of gained weight.
Usually, I feel like I take two steps forward during the week and then a step backward during the weekend. Maybe I'm finally learning to manage myself to keep the scale moving in the correct direction consistently. Anyway, I just wanted to share.
