Default and for the 2nd topic - dizzyness

I should prob go to the dr - but since I have been working out (as I said in sweat) a lot lately - I realize sometimes after I have been watching tv or sitting for a while, if I get up I immediately get shortness of breath and a bit dizzy.

anyone experience similar side effects? just more iron? to much blood going to muscles and stomache meal?

sleep time!

It could be that you're not hydrated enough... drink lots and lots of water!

do you have any problems focussing?

it could be low blood sugar. a friend at work has learnt her lesson (i hope). she was unable to focus on anything and was dizzy and it turned out her blood glucose was very low. she had upped her cardio recently and had not increased her calories and doesn't eat any sugar as it is so it kind of escalated.

Sounds like a blood sugar problem to me too.... try having some fruit juice after your workout (or before, if you're having issues during your workout too) to give yourself a little boost...
