Damn not stretching properly. I pitched a full game yesterday (turning up five minutes beforehand, so walked on the diamond and started pitching) and didn't warm down afterwords. God am I sore today. I also managed to hurt my neck, so put some Dencarub on that as well, and OWWWWWWW! IT BURNS!

Thankfully, not bad today, still sore but its bearable. No weights till tomorrow though.

Thank God for Goanna Oil is all I can say. I didn't learn my lesson though. Went too hard on cardio today, and felt really sick afterwords. I think its something I'm going to have to do practilly every day. Having two rest days is too much for me. |
