I think I am doing well on all of my goals. Although I saw 158, I was back at 159 this morning, but I am leaving my ticker. I am pretty sure I will make my goal of 155 by the end of the month. I am doing really well with eating right without counting. And amost best of all, I am back on track workout wise. As far as being nicer to myself, that is coming more slowly! But any progress is stil progress!

I'm doing okay with my Feb. goal. I'm hoping I will make it, but I only have lost 1 pound this month. I'm trying hard and am proud of what I've accomplished so far.

I'm doing really well with my exercise goal, but my eating hasn't been very well controlled. I'm going to try and step it up with watching what I eat, and drinking more water, starting tomorrow morning (I find that I need a good night's sleep to reset what I want). Keep up the good work everyone! :hug:

I am doing pretty well with my goal...I wanted to lose 5-7 pounds..I was 165 (i think) when I made the goal on 1/31....I am now 161...so I have lost 4 of the 7 pounds....so I should make my goal of 7 pounds lost and then some! Only 2 more pounds and I will be in the 150's!! I can't wait.

I have one more pound to lose...I set my goal on 1/31 to lose 7 pounds....I was 165...I am now 159 so I have lost 6 pounds and I am now out of the 160's....only 1 more pound!!

see I lost my 3lb gain that I gained from when my bf was over for a week and the 3 extra and one left to go, I like to think that if I didnt have that gain to lose I would have lost an extra 3lbs, what do yall think? |

I am at 3.5 of my 4 lbs goal...however the real trick is keeping it off...
