I am a university student at the university of manitoba. I've been overweight as long as i can remember. But since i've moved away from home to go to school i've joined a gym and am starting to lose weight without too much dieting. I've always been fairly active so exercise isn't really a problem i just need to watch what i'm putting in my mouth. This site looks awesome and i'm hoping by posting on here and reading the stories of others it can help keep me on track.
