Hi,
I'm new to this forum. Today I started a new diet or I would rather say a lifestyle change in diet. I'm counting the calories again and writing them down. I hope it will work. I really want this to work and my heart is in this time. I need to lose about 40 pounds. My goal is to do this before the new year I will turn 30 after next year and I want to feel great when I do. If you have any ideas or words of encouragement. Please feel free or if I could offer some. God Bless, |

I use http://www.fitday.com to record my food and exercise. I know you can do this! So far I've lost 21.6 lbs. I still need to lose 78.4 lbs to reach my goal but I know I'll get there eventually. If I can do this, anyone can! Make sure you drink lots of water -- at least 64 oz per day. I promise it will help! |

The program that I followed worked really well and I didn't have to count my calories. :dizzy:
