    Ok, I will bite! haha For my food I am going to make a list of meals and eat them. Not go out and get something. We are terrible about that here. And I am going to get in at least 4 bottles of water daily. I am going to be peeing all the time!

    5: 0 (slept all day)
    6: 1+1 (didn't feel like exercising at all!! but I did )

    Glad to have stumbled across this forum.

    Anyway, I will try this challenge out--it sounds like a good idea!

    2--points: eating 5, well-proportioned meals/mini-meals per day1
    1--walking for at least 30 minutes MWF and strength training TTH
    1--drinking at least 64 ounces of water daily
