November Challenge

  • I joined this forom after October had already started but I was just wondering when we would post our November goals. I want to lose 10 pounds in November giving me only 5 more to lose for graduations.
  • My Goal is to reach 150 before the end of November. I want to stay on track with my eating habits and my gym routine.
  • You can find The minutes workout challenge is up on the sticky thread...

Just write down anything else you would like to accomplish on this thread.

I want to get down to 165, which is a seven pounds lost. I plan on starting back on my SBD today also!
  • Good look for your goals....

I want to drop 12lb this month as I go away on holiday on 1st December! it won't make a huge difference to me but it will make me feel better!
  • I want to get to 169 which is 1 lb per week.
  • My goal is to be down to 145 by the end of November, which would be on track for goal by Christmas! That means losing 4.5 pounds this month
  • We can do it ladies!
My personal goal is to be a solid 135 lbs by the end of November. Weighed in at 137 lbs. yesterday, but I had just exercised and believe that number is not accurate.
  • Even though it looks like I won't make my Thanksgiving goal of 159 (obviously, ha!), looking to the end of November I would like to lose 6 pounds. . .So 164, which would bring me to my 4th mini goal (hoping to reach my 3rd mini goal at this weigh in Thursday). I am really gonna need to focus this month because October was tragic!
  • Well, I don't think I'll make my Thanksgiving goal, either, especially since I haven't lost any weight for it yet! But, being at 165 would be great. Just to get away from this stinkin' 170 would be a fabulous feeling!
  • For November I want to get back into my cardio routine and really start into a regular weight program. I need to get back on track with my eating (I haven't been off plan, just at the high range of calories). I would love to be in the 140s which is totally do-able! I hope to be 148 by Thanksgiving.

Is it hard for anyone else to really "get" the fact that you've lost weight? I'm 152 now which is about what I was in HIGH SCHOOL which was 10 years ago but in my mind I'm still a 180s girl. I went to a store today and went right to the women's section and looked around before it hit me that none of those clothes fit me anymore. I wish my mind would catch up with me so I could enjoy my slimmer self (even though I have 20 pounds to goal).

    Good luck ladies!
