Hello. I am a newbie and just checking things out. I hope to gain a lot from this site and these forums. I am 25, so that is why I am in this forum. Just trying to eat healthy and get back to the gym. My son will be 4 next month, and I am tired of being fat. I have a closet full of cute, kick *** clothes and I can not wear them. Time for me to stop being lazy and get with the program!
Hey! I hear you about the clothes. I actually just got sick of having so many unused clothes in my closet that I lent them out to skinnier friends. Somebody might as well get use out of them for a while. I can't wait till I can ask for them back.
This is a great community. Look around and see what others are doing to lose weight. Hopefully you can find the perfect program or goal for yourself. There's lots of support to be found here.
