Weekly Weigh-In 9/30
Weigh in on your normal day!
I'm still 135 this week (that makes almost a month at 135). October is a new month though, starting next week I am going to LOSE these last few pounds! |

I weighed in today because I haven't "weighed in" in a very very long time. Today at 4 pm, at the gym I weighed 200 pounds. This is the most I have weighed (not pregnant) in my whole life. Is it ok to cry now??

My regular weigh in day was Monday..and it was 200 that day. since then I've lost more...but, I'm only in my second week

Down 1 pound....hopefully will be down 2 next week!

I was down to 157.5 as of yesterday's weigh in (well as of Thursday's weigh in too). That'll be my official weigh number.
TOM is coming so as of today I'm at 159.5. I need to get back on track. I know a lot of that is water retention but I haven't been a very good girl lately either. In the next two weeks I want to be back down to 156.something MORE EXERCISE for me...and I need to control my eating. Bad me...I found out today that one of my trigger foods is pumpkin bread. Pumpkin bread? Of call things why this is a trigger food I don't know but I ate 1/2 a loaf this morning (well not quite but it seemed like it) and it's around 50 catrillion calories. Oh well, I will move on from here and NOT buy pumpkin bread! Great job ladies! Keep up the good work! I will STOP my UPWARD slide NOW! Amber |

My first weigh in on the site
This morning: 209. :goodscale :cb: :cp: :dance: :dancer: :woo: :encore: :cheer: ' I know a bit much for 1 lb. but I've been stuck at 210 for like 4 months. I needed to celebrate. We'll see if I'm still below it come Friday. Thanks for comin' to my party. |

i'm up :( .4 this week but last weel I was up as well. I'm starting the core plan at WW hopefully that will shake things up a bit and I'll lose next week.
