Ok... im going to start as of today, cause I was doing so very poorly!! :mad:
My goals: Food: 4-6 small meals a day, 2 hours apart, no more than 1200 cals. 1 cheat meal on the weekend :D (cant live without that!! Skipped it last month & it threw me off track!) Exercise: M,T,W,Th,S,Su Cardio; M,W,F weight training Water: 80oz I'll keep posted on how many points I get today.. So far so good... |

Hey, are we gonna do this next month??? I thought it was pretty cool, I think that I will make my goals a little different if we do it again. I am all for anything to keep me accountable coming up to this time of year. What do you girls think?
